From the young at heart to the older adult.</p><p> </p><p>Enjoy.</p><p> </p><p>Just an example:</p><p> </p><p>The Long Commute</p><p> </p><p>Woke up late</p><p>Not this again</p><p>Jump out of bed</p><p>Heart pounding</p><p>So late!</p><p> </p><p>Drag on some clothes</p><p>Commute across the hallway</p><p>Turn on computer</p><p>Log on</p><p>I need coffee</p><p> </p><p>Rush to the kitchen</p><p>Dodging rubbish along the hallway</p><p>Turn the jug on</p><p>A watched jug is never quick</p><p>Made it with 20 seconds to spare</p><p> </p><p>Zoom meeting</p><p>No one here yet for the briefing call</p><p>Then realised it was Saturday</p><p>I could have stayed in bed.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
