Vibro-acoustical certification management of residential houses

The book “Vibro - acoustical Certification Management of Residential Houses” is a tool for quality improvement of evaluation of vibro - acoustical flat quality. It is continuous improvement of the environment and elimination of the unwanted effects of noise and vibration to users of residential buildings. On the other hand this will entail more costs for the introduction of the certification system into the practice thereby increase the cost of construction. This cost increase is invalid in comparison with consequence of possible health injury. The certification inserts the duty of repeated assessment at any change affecting the quality of the vibro-acoustic environment. At the same time it enables the comparing of vibro – acoustical quality of buildings or flats and thus to determine their market price. This book describes the prepared certification of buildings.
