Victimization of the Elderly in the Time of Covid-19

We value the violence on the elderly basing the theoretical-doctrinal vision of the phenomenon and developing classificatory criteria of the social environments of occurrence of the studied harmful manifestation environments that are organized in three socio-ecological levels of incidence: the social community and intra-family context with emphasis on the figure of the caregiver of the elderly person and its projection to face the pandemic of the Coronavirus. Conceiving as essential results a theoretical foundation from the Criminology on the conceptualization of this figure the determination of the configurative elements of the caregiver of the elderly person we also value the attention of the State to this age group before the introduction and propagation of the COVID-19 with a look from Cuba and within it we propose organizational judgments of the variants in which it can be presented as well as we present an analysis of its legal regulation in the national legislations.
