Apart from the location chosen a sub-station is a unit that includes all three of the above and the cost of the sub-centre depends on each structure.</p><p>Expansion Arrangement &ndash; ​​ &nbsp;If a substation is planned to have multiple transformers its capacity can be increased in a phased manner as and when required. Other 33 KV lines are also brought from the erstwhile 33 KV bus side so that they can be utilized properly.</p>
