Evolution is the progression from the layer of latent consciousness to the peak of the layers of manifest consciousness from the depths of pure consciousness unrealized by anyone manifested by the highest potential. With a suitably transformed body and mind-association and optional knowledge of the states of consciousness the journey is then made in a naturally and willingly started mode at the local level of returning to the fullest potential.
