Steven is just a regular kid who wants to slack off and eat frozen pizza. Maybe someday find a girlfriend. Lately however he finds himself slipping out of his body for minutes at a time which is definitely putting a cramp in his style.. Vikki's having a really difficult time lately. A tragic accident on top of her usual responsibilities has just about pushed her to the breaking point. When her tension headache explodes and rewinds time back 13 seconds she's determined to use her new ability to prevent the accident.. Fortunately the League of Extraordinary Students is here to help teens with supernatural abilities learn to use them safely and hone them into superpowers! Nathan and Mr. Hamilton take Steven and Vikki under their wings and introduce them to a world of secret abilities. For Steven it's a dream come true. For Vikki it's her one shot at redemption.. But if everything is going so well at the League then why are the police after them? An ex-Leaguer may have the answers they need as well as a plan to exonerate them.
