Virtual law

Virtual law is law that arises from virtual practices but it is also positive law that can be applied to the virtual. It also includes the right to cyberspace as it also covers the right to information. This new legal branch corresponds to the set of rules aimed at protecting human relations and behavioural violations in digital environments. In other words if people use technology to send and receive information conduct business express opinions etc. there must be rules and principles to guide behaviour in this environment.
