The goal of determining the best solution for waiting lines is to estimate the number of potential users that can fit into the process of a service system at any given time. The project examined the shortfalls of traditional and current approaches to queue management studied the types and applications of various queue management systems and finally formulated a general approach and methodology to design and develop the virtual queue management system. This books cover a fully developed system that handles queue management and allows users to enter and leave queues without being physically in line.
