Virtual Reality

Virtual reality once expensive and somewhat inaccessible is now part of our daily lives. But even with today's technology is total immersion in virtual reality possible or could it become possible? The aim of this book the fruit of research into various sources is to analyze current Virtual Reality technologies and speculate based on the information gathered on the possibility of total immersion in virtual reality. This will be done by first analyzing the old technologies that took the initial steps towards what we know today as Virtual Reality. Next current Virtual Reality technologies will be analyzed and verified and we will highlight which of them offer or could offer the capacity for total immersion. Finally the technologies analyzed will be compared and we will conclude which of them achieves the goal of total immersion.
