Viruththam Ezutha Varuththam Etharku? : Viruththap Paavin Ilakkanam

Virutham is a form of poetic prosody in Tamil Literature. Kavichakravarththi kambar has used this form to compose his epic poem “ Kamba Ramayanam” . So for only a few styles of viruththam only are used by the present day poets.The author has done extensive research and has written grammar for more than 100 styles of viruththam . In this book he gives examples from Tamil literature and from his own composition. Though there are a few books depicting a few styles of viruththam there is no other book which has this much of treaty and examples.
