For over thirty-eight (38) years the principals at the F.A. Johnson Consulting Group Inc. have established an impressive track record of success in major development projects by working with local units of government through Public/Private Partnerships on a variety of residential commercial institutional mixed-use and retail projects throughout the Southeast. These projects have been consistently completed on time and under budget utilizing a participatory process. We are proud of our track record accomplishments and the relationships we have established. The preparation of this Developer's Training Manual is based upon the many years of providing capacity building and development implementation to Non-Profit Public Private Partnerships.
