Voices of Excluded Women and Girls from Sudan

The book comprises five chapters each highlighting the perspectives of excluded females or girls accompanied by methods and strategies for fostering gender inclusion. Chapter 1 discusses the social protection of excluded female household leaders. Chapter 2 addresses gender exclusion in education focusing on the experiences of individuals who are illiterate or have dropped out of school. Chapter 3 illuminates the challenges faced by vulnerable urban agricultural workers. Chapter 4 aims to include internally displaced women and girls with disabilities. Finally Chapter 5 seeks to give voice to stigmatized women and girls living with HIV/AIDS.
