Voices of the Marginalized in South Asian Literature: : A Critical Review

South Asian Literature encompasses literature by authors who were either born in South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka) or who identify themselves with that region. This book focuses on writers from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka - those who have written about marginalized section of the society – Dalits, poor people and women. This book contains ten chapters covering the diverse themes of the maginalized voices of subjugated communities like refugees, dalits, women, underprivilaged people etc of South Asia.
