Voyage à Calais - a “sans papier” artwork

VOYAGE À CALAIS is an urban art work dedicated to the city of Calais rejected by this municipality. This book is the author''s account of the work''s creation rejection and relocation in M.A.BO.S. museum the Sila Art Museum of Catanzaro in Italy. It’s a trip in the civic heart of Europe made by an artwork produced in a post-industrial Italian settlement Terni under the patron age of ‘Amnesty International’ and destined to the north gate way of Europe Calais in France. It''s a story of acceptance and rejection where the hypocrisy that often characterizes West countries emerges: the important thing is never stop walking until finding the place where you are finally welcome.
