About the Book: The book presents the skills for preparing the Techno Economic Feasibility Report (TEFR) for entrepreneurs to take decision to enter into a new business venture. Before starting any new business it is very important to prepare a TEFR to assess the viability of the project. TEFR encompasses a detailed study of selection of product-mix market potential required plant & machinery schedule of implementation capital cost of the project production cost and profitability. TEFR is not only essential for the entrepreneur to take the decision to enter the venture but is also required to be presented to the investors bankers and government departments issuing statutory permissions. About the Author: Mr. Girish Ghate obtained his Bachelors Degree in Metallurgy from College of Engineering Pune and further obtained his post graduate degree from Indian Institute of Science Bangalore. Mr. Ghate worked for few years and founded Dacotrans India Private Limited as joint venture company with Dacotrans International Luxemburg. The company is successfully operating it’s business in international Freight Forwarding for the past 25 years. Mr. Ghate also founded Eisen Engineers India Private Limited to cater engineering services to steel industry for setting up steel making and processing plants. As a part of engineering services Mr. Ghate gained expertise in making Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports (TEFR) for medium to large size projects.
