Wake Her Up

I lost myself when my marriage ended when people didn't like me when my body failed me and on many days when things were simply bad.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>I started to ask myself...</span></p><p><em style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>Who am I?</em></p><p><br></p><p><em style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>Who is the girl inside without the titles without the fears and doubts without my body without my people?</em></p><p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>Then something important changed. I learned to be still and listen.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>The more I listened and got to know Her the more She woke up. The more She woke up the more I understood about my creation and the experience of this life.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>Finding myself didn't require a yoga retreat to Costa Rica. I didn't spend a year as a Buddhist Monk. There was no month-long trip to Paris to paint and eat croissants. There was just me asking myself questions and paying attention to the answers.
