<p>Want Do Get is a comprehensive guide to writing better screenplays. It contains many useful tools and techniques that will help any writer to produce more entertaining and well-structured scripts. Readers will also find it a useful guide for other types of storytelling such as plays and novels.</p><p>The book has been designed to maximise readability with chapters split into short sections including helpful illustrations and a sans serif font.</p><p>Merlin Goldman has been writing stories for over a decade. Some of these have become plays (collected in the anthology Pieces) poems (Voices Along the Road) and novels (The Carpenter and The Goat Herder). A graduate of LSF's Talent Campus programme he has written produced or directed over half a dozen short films.</p>
