Warm Peace: How People-to-People Diplomacy Can Build What Governments Cannot

In January 2021 thirty Israeli civil society organizations convened under the leadership of Rabbi Yehuda Sarna Chief Rabbi of the Jewish Council of the Emirates to determine how to develop people-to-people connections between Israelis and Emiratis. Thus the Warm Peace Movement was born. In the span of a single year members of the movement have initiated encounters between religious leaders university students and youth delegations. Collectively they have received billions of hits on social media. This book is a compilation of four research papers that together serve as a visionary blueprint for building warm peace over the next generation.
