Waste to Wealth follows the inspiring journey of Shauniq Sharma a determined teenager driven by a deep concern for the environment. Sparked by curiosity about environmental degradation Shauniq embarks on a mission to promote sustainability. He starts by initiating a waste-sorting program at his school which soon spreads across the city. His participation in beach-cleaning drives and implementation of community recycling initiatives further his cause. One of his standout ideasa Sharing Festivalearns recognition from government officials and draws support from like-minded individuals and organizations. Despite facing doubts and challenges Shauniq remains steadfast celebrating small wins and gradually emerging as a young leader in the sustainability movement. His relentless efforts inspire others to take action proving that one person can indeed make a difference. As the story concludes Shauniq passionately urges the youth to embrace sustainable living and continue the journey of turning waste into wealth for a better tomorrow.As a 12th standard student athlete and environment-conscious individual I have always believed in the power of action and awareness. My journey as the author of a book on waste management began with my concern about the growing environmental issues around us. This concern was deeply inspired by my grandmother who serves as the national secretary of Friends of Tribal Society (FTS) a global NGO dedicated to sustainable development. Her dedication to community service and the environment ignited my passion to contribute in my own way. Being an athlete I understand the importance of discipline teamwork and persistencequalities that helped me research write and complete my book. Through it I aim to educate people especially students about simple yet effective waste management practices. Writing this book has not only deepened my knowledge but also strengthened my resolve to lead a life that contributes positively to the planet.
