Water productivity in the cultivation of white garlic (Allium sativum L.)

The authors are professors at the Universidad Autónoma Chapingo Mexico in the areas of mathematics and agricultural economics (the first author) languages (the second author) and natural resources (the third author). They have published multiple books and articles on water footprint physical economic and social productivity of water and applied mathematics as well as natural resource management and their area of interest is the proper management of water used in agricultural and livestock production.
