<p><strong>Investigator Jack Armstrong and his longtime buddy Gary Cooper an ex-Navy Seal run into some unexpected problems on a casual road trip through California's agriculturally rich Central Valley. While visiting Gary's grandfather they learn that he is running out of water and must sell his ranch. An effort to solve his water problem leads them to uncover a nefarious plan to disrupt California's water system. Watered down highlights California's most valuable resource how it is distributed and the fragile and vulnerable nature of the water system itself.</strong></p>
