We Can Do Better - Approaches to the Risk Management of Food Safety

This book describes food safety management systems and the factors that lead to successful standards of compliance Like Health and Safety Food Safety Management is required by law to be risk assessed this research has found that designing the most effective management systems can be strongly influenced by the attitudes and behaviour of those managing food businesses and those policing them. This work proposes that standards can be greatly improved by overcoming self interest positive cooperation and building trust between all parties.
