We Love You Karen From Your Friends

<p>This is the story of a friendship between two women - Karen Walters and Elaine Fell (the author of this book) that lasted for thirty years. Karen died unexpectedly in 2003. At the time of her death Elaine did not share what she knew about Karen with Karen's family and friends. Elaine particularly wanted Karen's children to know what an extraordinarily kind intelligent and courageous person Karen was.</p><p>This book also explores aspects of culture and society in Australia from the 1970's until the present.</p>
