Wear analysis of Aluminium alloy filled Cylinder liner

Sustainable analysis of Cylinder Liner in different operating conditions such as dry sliding wear analysis by varying load and frequency to study the wear performance of the proposed alloy material. This study also covers other relevant properties like hardness density of the material in both theoritical as well as experimental methods.This study not only cover the steady state analysis of the material by varying the properties in different environment but also studied taguchi design of experiment to optimize the cylinder liner material. At the end to validate the wear property of the materials the authors studied scanning electron microscopes and X-ray analysis to improve the property enhancement of the proposed material.
