WEARABLE IOT-BASED SMART HEALTH MONITORING SYSTEM

This system integrates multiple sensors including Heart Rate Temperature SpO2 Fall Detection and a Panic Button to track patient health continuously. The collected data is sent to a cloud-based IoT platform and displayed on a mobile application for healthcare professionals and caregivers. The system ensures instant alerts in case of emergencies enabling timely medical intervention. This project aims to improve remote patient monitoring reduce hospital visits and enhance patient safety making healthcare more efficient and accessible.
