Any attempt to simplify the learning process in this field is generally met with sharp criticism. This may reflect a feeling that ordinary people should not understand some subjects.</p><p>To counteract these preconceptions and facilitate understanding <I>Web-Based Neural Networks</I> is presented in a simple and straightforward manner. It is designed for students first-level programmers and others who are interested in Neural Networks and how they can be used in conjunction with the Internet.</p>
