About The Book

Wellness Weigh(TM) is a 12-week path of self-discovery and empowerment with Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) eating, which provides your body with the nutrients it needs and supports you in making changes that will improve your health. The mind-body-spirit approach encourages you to experience the transition that will occur during your 12-week program on a different level--broadening your understanding of what food and wellness means to you.Food for Life is a Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) program focusing on healthful effects of WFPB nutrition. This booklet is based on Food for Life programs.
