What are relevant criteria for implementing the lean management concept?

Seminar paper from the year 2015 in the subject Business economics - Business Management Corporate Governance grade: 12 language: English abstract: In the first chapters the fundamentals of Lean Management will be presented. Including to that the terms Lean and Lean management will be defined the targets and principles according to Womack & Jones will be introduced. After that the three Lean methods will be illustrated. In chapter three the implementation of Lean Management in an organisation will be argued with its necessary criteria in the following chapter. In the end an overall evaluation and recommendation will complete these coursework.
