What Are You Crazy? A Mental Health Situation

The ability to establish peace and harmony in our lives contributes to our mental health. The ability to develop congruency between values and actions and to realize a common purpose that binds creation together contributes to our Spiritual Wellness.It is better to live our lives each day being true to what we believe and what we value. Our domain relates to our relationship with oneself. It is how we view ourselves through our eyes and the eyes of others. However we should not consider ourselves through the eyes of others but through the eyes of God our Father in what He says about us through the holy word in the bible. 1 Peter 2:9 King James Version (KJV): “But ye are a chosen generation a royal priesthood a holy nation a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light;” Our community involvement or communal domain relates to the relationship with others.
