WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS PAIN?

<h2 class=ql-align-justify><strong>What Do I Do With This Pain</strong> was inspired by my own personal twenty-first century psalms. Just like in the Psalms the authors express themselves in lament and complaints. This concise collection of poems explores some of the difficult expressions and experiences of pain. Throughout time women have dealt with pain in different ways. I wouldn't say that there is only one way to deal with pain but I will say that finding an outlet for the pain you are feeling is important. I express what I'm feeling in various ways but I have to say that the arts is one of my favourites. I think that communicating how you feel creatively gives you the opportunity to produce something new and special from your broken places. I hope as you read this book you can identify your own pain and find comfort in these pages.</h2><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p> </p>
