What Do You See?

<p>God is everywhere everyday and in everything. Do you see Him?</p><p>What do you see when you look at a sunflower? Are you like me who at times</p><p>barely glances at it and moves on? Or perhaps you really look at it and comprehend its</p><p>intricate design and beauty noticing the veins of each petal and finding yourself</p><p>amazed that the center is made up of hundreds of flowers? You notice the vibrant</p><p>yellow contrasted against the dark center. And like on the cover there might be a bee</p><p>drinking the nectar. This amazing flower is here for a purpose and is a masterpiece of</p><p>design that we are privileged to experience every summer.</p><p>● Do you have a tendency of living life just going through the motions which for most of us</p><p>is pretty typical?</p><p>● Are you too busy to notice what is around you?</p><p>● How often do we just pass through to the next activity or responsibility barely noticing</p><p>our surroundings? Oh to really SEE and comprehend!</p><p>● How often do we really notice nature and its beauty? Do we pay attention to the sky</p><p>trees flowers insects birds or wildlife?</p><p>● How about people? Do we look at the faces of the cashiers in the store or the servers at</p><p>the restaurant? Do we look into their eyes? Or notice their countenance?</p><p>● Here is the big question for us-How do we see God? Where does He fit into our lives?</p><p>Or maybe He doesn't? Really seeing God is about not having limitations regarding His</p><p>presence and being alert to seeing Him in the most unusual places.</p><p>Join me on a journey of seeing God and finding Him when and where you least expect it.</p><p></p><p>Phyllis Sweitzer has been married to her husband Don for fifty</p><p>years. She lives in a small town in Ohio. She has two children</p><p>and five grandchildren. Phyllis has been a member of her church</p><p>since she was 19 years old and is currently an Associate Pastor.</p><p>Her church is located in Dover Ohio where she leads several</p><p>ministries. One of her favorite things is to meet with people one on</p><p>one teaching them and helping them to see Jesus in their</p><p>everyday lives while encouraging them in their daily walk with Him.</p><p></p>
