What Gram Remembers

<p><strong>What if your favorite person in the world suddenly didn't always remember you?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Christopher and his mom go to visit his Gram his favorite person in the world. In Christopher's words Gram was like no one else. However during this visit he starts to notice that she sometimes seems confused and not completely herself which worries him. His mom explains to Christopher that Gram has Alzheimer's disease.
