<p>On Sunday March 15 1964 shy and cautious Mary Theresa Simpson waved goodbye to her two cousins and her aunt as she turned to go home to her dad's house and they walked into a neighborhood store. Mary Theresa never made it home and her body was found on Combs Hill Road just 4 days later.</p><p>The Elmira City Police Department is still investigating this case and unfortunately it isn't the only one of its kind.
