The pandemic of COVID-19 accentuated the presence of audiovisual resources in all instances of human life including in the productive routine of information workers. This book is the result of a master''s research developed under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Florentina das Neves Souza to understand which are the uses given to these resources in the communication of organizations from a historical recovery and an exploratory survey of practices in Brazil.
