What is People's Diplomacy?

International relations are in constant mutation conventional diplomacy and its basic rules of public international law are anachronistic with the moments of deep global transformation. A new paradigm not only in civilization but also in diplomatic and international relations is People''s Diplomacy but it has not been fully theorized or conceptualized. That is why from an epistemic construction from the South of the world the author will approach this notion as an influential and heterodox system of thinking the relations between the States the International Organizations and the global Social Movements deconstructing the old notions of Classical Diplomacy.
