What leadership for the Democratic Republic of Congo?

The priority for the country is to promote justice that uplifts the nation guarantee peace and security. For this the country needs a strong inspired state and a visionary leader - charismatic who controls the entire territory and maintains order in the country.The DRC is the future of the world it has the potential of a strong state but it needs to realise this in order to assert itself and be respected. If the elites have failed good governance must be the exercise of power by the various levels of government in a way that is: efficient honest fair transparent and accountable.In short the DRC needs intellectuals or elites who must: - think - enlighten society - organize - and lead the nation towards its blossoming and fulfillment as a modern and prosperous nation. Beyond the strengths and weaknesses presented (...). Yes the DRC can become the Germany of Africa with strong institutions an organized strong powerful state and a voice for Central Africa.
