What? Me? a Teacher?

What if the crossroads of your life don't make sense? My whole life I have been searching for a direction to make this unending struggle worthwhile. I found work I enjoyed but that just didn't seem to be enough. I needed a way to feel those extra hours were not just for money. I needed a way to make life worthwhile for myself and those I cared about. . It was a long grinding road but what I found made life a better place. Teaching was the last occupation anyone who went to school with me would have expected. I was anything but a model student but this experience helped me to accept and understand even the most disruptive students. You can't go down this education road without a lot of introspection. This book hits most of the potholes of teaching but I wouldn't have it any other way!
