What Struggle Brings

These sections explore the full range of emotions and experiences we might face as we undergo the challenge of discovering ourselves and our place in the world. Raised in a broken home, with a shattered faith, and loss of purpose in life, writing this poetry collection was Faulkner's way of understanding depression, anxiety, addiction, and heartbreak. This healed his wounds by organizing his thoughts and opening his heart again to the ideas of love, life, God, and everything beautiful.
