What Works

Based on his dissertation during which the author and self advocate co-facilitators worked with people with intellectual disabilities to find out what has worked for them to support their leadership in their lives groups and communities. Their stories and the story that he became part of are reflected in multiple ways that vastly increase the body of knowledge we have about disability and leadership and our culture.
