The book was created to bridge the gap between the generations by combining wisdom faith and unity to create a better tomorrow. The book is intended to help low-income diverse communities create solutions to develop and prepare the next generation to lead and be contributing members of society. We need to reclaim the youth who have been marginalized and do not see a pathway to success. By using the examples in this book the readers will be able to visualize how to build long term relationships with future generations. These relationships should focus on meeting the needs of the young people in the environment and situations that exist today. In the book the story of Rev. Henry W.
