<p>It is the year 1583 in Portuguese Goa.</p><p>Young Damu and Pooja fall in love and decide to get married. The only challenges they foresee are to receive parental blessings and to match their horoscopes.</p><p>Little do they know of the web of socio-religious and political turmoil that will interfere with their plans.
