When God Speaks We Say Something Said

<p>Born in the deltas of the deep south to sharecropper parents the author's life was often marred with misunderstanding isolation and rejection from her childhood onto adulthood whether calculated or unintended by family friends employers coworkers teachers etc. These attitudes regardless of intents often led to physical mental and emotional harm even taking her to the brink of death more than once. The catastrophic potentials of these behaviors were thwarted when a still small voice of an unseen something or someone speaking up and saying something to her.</p><p></p><p>These warnings were sometimes very stern averting serious outcomes to include the death of her husband from a heart attack her having cancer twice and a potential house fire that could have taken the life of eight of her immediate family. That something woke her from a deep sleep and asked her very sternly What's that smell? Her response to that question saved her whole family from perishing in a near-blazing inferno.</p>
