When I Was King

When I Was King -- A little babys quest for identity leads him to believe that he is a king. In his own words the little boy narrates milestones in his life from birth to adulthood. Life was good for the boy-king until he had to grow up. One cannot help but laugh at the little boys antics as he struggles to maintain his identity among five older siblings. As a king the little boy has to grapple with problems of sibling rivalry economic injustice and racism. When I Was King is based on true incidents that occurred in the life of this books author as he grew up in the North Florida panhandle.
