Why me Lord? Why me? I feel this pain (emptiness) deep inside and I pray and wonder if it will ever go away. Is this some sort of trial or test? Am I being taught a lesson (a belief of punishment instead of grace)? They say it's because of (fill in the blank). Wait I know! My heart my spirit my hope nothing fits. Your word says the spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear (Proverbs 18:14)? I physically feel lost broken and in need while my mind cries out for healing wholeness and truth. Lord I can't feel you. Heal me. Again I come to you and ask why me? Sound familiar.
