I've come to realize that life will have it's share of ups and downs.</span></p><p></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1)>There will be days when you wake up and your efforts for survival will be non-existent. I know that my struggle was real until I learned how to defeat the spirit that wanted me to throw in the white towel before my day even started. It wasn't easy at all to write this book due to major trials and tribulations. I was inspired by the worst but the good of it is that I survived. To become a survivor you can't give in to your emotional destructiveness. Every day you must learn to say to yourself I love me and when life sucks I will fight back. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!</span></p><p></p>
