When the Gods Answer

Cosmic Indifference an idea coined by H.P. Lovecraft is the idea that the Universe being so large and vast would ultimately be indifferent to humans and human struggle. If there is a god or gods do they care? Do they see us? Do they hear our prayers? Many people hope and pray and reach out to the divine hoping to hear something back hoping that their prayers and pleas will be answered only to be met with silence. A void. Pure emptiness and nothing. But what if one day you call out into the void and finally something answers back? In When the Gods Answer maybe indifference and silence were the best answers all along.
