When Truth Cowers

<p><strong>No one has died in the game shows before. But for renowned programs like <em>Truth or Dare</em> the cameras don't stop recording for any reason-not even murder.</strong></p><p></p><p>Cai is a human/alien hybrid living in New York City the hub of the most popular game shows in the 2240s.</p><p></p><p>For years Cai has kept her alien aspects secret in hopes of blending in with human society. Her assertive human girlfriend Analisa supports Cai no matter what.</p><p></p><p>When Analisa's father is diagnosed with cancer Analisa applies to game shows hoping to win enough prize money for her father's treatment. Shows like <em>Truth or Dare</em> thrive on revealing secrets. Still Cai applies to the shows to improve Analisa's chances of being selected.</p><p></p><p>Analisa her brother and Cai are cast for a week on <em>Truth or Dare</em>. Just as they start bonding with the other nine players they find players poisoned and stabbed to death. The referees won't let anyone leave the game arena until the end of the week. Cai and her allies must shift their priorities from keeping their secrets to keeping each other alive.</p>
