<p><em>Synopsis</em>: A young man decides that he wants to be a U.S. Marine and he does; however now the stakes are high and when the young Marine is shipped to Okinawa Japan he cannot fathom the realities of the unusually large Island. Marines or not Everett Walker will learn a valuable lesson about life perhaps the hard way.</p><p><em>Autobiography</em>: I am a Marine veteran and I served on deployment in the Far East for over three years. Writing has always been a fascination even at an early age. Being a Marine helped me to gain valuable insight into honing my craft and still serve my country in the process.</p><p></p>
