<p>This book exposes how lifelong emotional trauma effects a woman who chooses to have an abortion. The role of motherhood is <strong>central to a woman's identity in her role of creation and to try and deny that creates unresolved conflict. </strong>The choice to abort a child is often the result of societal family and relationship pressures that conflict with a woman's reproductive nature. There are choices that a woman can make in her life other than abortion as difficult as it may seem at the time it is still a choice. Having a child in a woman's life brings meaning satisfaction and a spiritual connection with a undeniable bond. After a woman is forced into believing that abortion is the only answer she is then later left with the guilt torment and regret of ending a life that was an intricate part of her being. This book follows the lives of five women and how making the choice to abort a child changed them forever. The choice is usually made at a time in a woman's life that she is not yet mature enough to consider the repercussions. The choice for ending a life can not only damage the emotional wellbeing of the woman but also the people who are involved in completing that act. </p><p><br></p>
