About The Book

My story was inspired by former Governor of Wisconsin Martin Schreibner's My Two Elaines. I saw many parallels between his experience with caregiving and mine. If it happened to a governor it can surely happen to me a poor teacher of Spanish. Not that I'm a bad teacher but one with low finances. Spanish inverts the two words to make the meaning clear: maestro pobre pobre maestro.
